Payment by credit cards

When paying on our web store, use the payment system of Teya Croatia d.o.o. – an advanced system for secure payment card acceptance via the Internet.

Online payment security statement

Teya is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. Teya provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is also confirmed by Teya’s PCI DSS certificate.

Teya uses the SSL certificate of 256 bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when writing and transferring data. Teya, as the executor of credit card authorization and collection, handles personal data in the capacity of processor of personal dana and handles it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on protecting registration and data transfer. Teya does not provide data to third parties.

Teya does not process or use this personal data, except for the purposes of executing the contract, authorization and billing. Teya guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the processors of personal data, and in particular taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.

The Teya SecurePay system ensures the security and confidentiality of Your card data. Payment data is transmitted as encrypted from Your web browser to the bank that issued Your card. Our store, as well as the employees of the card acceptor, never enter into contact with complete information about Your payment card. The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, in addition to the validity of the card itself, Your bank also confirms Your identity using a token or a password.

Resolving complaints

Despite the fact that the administrator is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the users and for any resulting damage, it can help the guest or the user to resolve potential complaints by means of guidelines and communication with the user.
